Harmony House Studios Competition Terms and Condition
1. Eligibility and Entry Requirements
• The competition is open to all songwriters and bands.
• Each entrant may submit one song only for consideration. Multiple entries from the same songwriter or band will not be accepted.
• All entries must be submitted by 10th December to be eligible. Late entries will not be considered.
2. Shortlisting and Voting
• Harmony House Studios will submit all entries to the public vote.
• Voting will take place on Facebook, with the entry receiving the highest number of points winning the competition.
• Voting Points System:
• 1 Like = 1 Point
• 1 Share = 2 Points
• All votes will be counted only on the official Facebook post for each entry.
• In the event of a tie, Harmony House Studios will cast the deciding vote.
3. Prize Details
• The winner will receive a 2-hour recording session at Harmony House Studios, located in Hawkinge.
• A maximum of 5 tracks can be recorded during the session. Harmony House Studios will provide professional recording and production support during this time.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
4. General Conditions
• By entering, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
• Harmony House Studios reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
• The winner must arrange their own transportation to and from Harmony House Studios.
5. Use of Material
• By entering, participants agree that Harmony House Studios may share their demo submissions and recordings for promotional purposes related to the competition.
6. Fair Use of Facebook Sharing
• Artists are encouraged to share their song post on Facebook to gather votes, but each artist may share their song post a maximum of 10 times during the voting period.
• Excessive or spammy sharing beyond this limit will result in disqualification from the competition.
